Maria Nohs serves as Chief Financial Officer, Director of Human Resources, and CMMC Program Director at DataSoftNow, Inc., where she leads the company’s financial operations, workforce development, strategic growth initiatives, and CMMC business development efforts.
With extensive experience spanning cybersecurity, finance, compliance, and organizational leadership, Maria plays a key role in driving DataSoftNow’s mission of helping Defense Industrial Base (DIB) organizations successfully navigate CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, and Department of Defense cybersecurity requirements. As a member of the executive leadership team, she oversees financial strategy, human resources, contract management, operational planning, and client engagement initiatives that support the company’s continued expansion as both an Authorized C3PAO and a CMMC Level 2 Certified MSP/MSSP.
Maria has been instrumental in developing and scaling DataSoftNow’s CMMC consulting, assessment readiness, and managed security services programs. She works closely with manufacturers, defense contractors, industry partners, and government stakeholders to build practical compliance strategies that align cybersecurity requirements with business objectives. Her expertise includes contract negotiations, strategic partnerships, workforce development, licensing agreements, mergers and joint ventures, and the design of scalable business processes that support long-term growth.
